Our HOA Board is made up of neighbors who care about keeping Barns Mill Lake a great place to live. Here you’ll find an overview of each board role, what it involves, and who is currently serving the community.
Board members are elected by the community and typically serve three-year terms, with terms staggered to maintain continuity. No director may serve more than four consecutive years.

Leads the Association and presides over meetings, helping guide decisions and overall direction. The President also sets meeting agendas and supports the work of the Board and its committees.

Supports the President and steps in when needed to ensure continuity in leadership. This role assists with board responsibilities and helps keep operations running smoothly.

Webmaster
Maintains official records, including meeting minutes and important documents. The Secretary also helps ensure communication and notices are properly shared with the community.

Oversees the Association’s finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tracking income and expenses to support the community’s needs.

Social committee
Works alongside other board members to make decisions that support the community. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, enforcing guidelines, and helping plan for the neighborhood’s future. Officers do not have voting privileges.
