Community Notice: New Digital Architectural Submission Process
Thinking about making some exterior updates to your home (such as painting, fencing, landscaping, or additions)?
As part of our new community website, we have streamlined the Architectural Control Submission Process. Submitting and tracking your property improvement requests is now faster and easier than ever.
How the New Process Works:
Submit Online: Homeowners can now fill out, upload supporting documents (like paint swatches or plot maps), and submit architectural request forms directly online.
Important Reminder:Please remember that all exterior modifications must receive formal approval prior to starting any work. Submitting your request digitally ensures the committee receives it instantly and can begin the review process promptly.
Thank you for helping us keep our community looking beautiful!
Community Notice: This is our monthly Board of Directors meeting.
To ensure we can thoroughly address any specific, non-standard topics or concerns you may have, please email them to the Board ahead of the meeting date so we can include them in our discussions.
During the meeting, the Board will conduct our normal business. Afterward, a summary of all actions taken will be posted via the Homeowner Resources section on our website: bmlcommunity.com/about/. Reviewing the summary is a great way to stay informed about community updates, financial reports, and ongoing projects.
Agenda Highlights:
Financial & Treasury Update: Reviewing current assessment status and the budget.
Property Maintenance: Updates on neighborhood upkeep and community projects.
Old & New Business: Discussion of ongoing and upcoming community matters.
Homeowner Q&A: Addressing the questions and concerns submitted by residents prior to the meeting.
Review the BvA: Analyze our Budget vs. Actual reports to ensure our spending remains on track.
Evaluate Outsourced Support: Discuss and review the ongoing work, accuracy, and reporting of our outsourced bookkeeper.
Assess Controls & Key Topics: Evaluate the financial controls we currently have in place and address outstanding assessments or resident billing inquiries.
Tax Planning: Use these touchpoints to proactively plan for our annual tax filing so there are no surprises at year-end.
