Landscaping & Grounds

The Association partners with Brooks Landscaping to help maintain the beauty and upkeep of our community. Their team provides regular landscaping services throughout the neighborhood, helping keep common areas clean, well-kept, and enjoyable for everyone.

Landscaping service is typically scheduled for Tuesdays; however, weather conditions, holidays, equipment issues, or staffing availability may occasionally require adjustments to the schedule. During the growing season, homeowners can generally expect weekly mowing and blowing of grass clippings and debris. Edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, and other maintenance activities are performed on a rotating basis as needed.

While Brooks Landscaping maintains many of the community’s landscaped areas, some shared spaces require additional attention beyond the scope of the landscaping contract. These areas may include entrances, mailbox areas, flower beds, the lake, and pet waste stations. We are fortunate to have residents who volunteer their time to help keep these spaces looking their best. If you are interested in assisting with tasks such as watering flowers, tidying common areas, or helping maintain pet waste stations, please contact the Board.

The PDF below contains additional information regarding homeowner landscaping responsibilities, including guidance for maintaining landscape islands and ensuring visible outdoor areas remain neat, well-maintained, and consistent with community standards.

If you have a landscaping concern, would like to report an issue, or need to request a temporary pause in landscaping service, please complete the form below or contact the Board of Directors.
