Vice President
Aarthi Sivarkkamani

Assists the President and supports Board initiatives while helping ensure continuity in leadership and community operations. The Vice President oversees the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Secretary
Jessica Brown

Maintains Association records, meeting minutes, and official communications to help keep the community informed and organized. The Secretary oversees the Social Committee.
Treasurer
Gabriel Terrell
Elected | Term Ends: 12/31/2028 | First Term
Oversees the Association’s financial matters, including budgeting, reporting, and payment management, to help maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency. The Treasurer oversees the Treasury Committee.
Director – Rentals & Closings
Bastin Keene

Supports community operations and homeowner relations. Oversees closings, landlord and rental coordination, and the Welcome Committee.
Director – Landscaping & Grounds
Kandi Lane
Appointed | Term Ends: 12/31/2026
Supports neighborhood improvement projects and helps guide the care of shared outdoor spaces throughout Barns Mill Lake. This role works with the Landscaping Committee on community beautification efforts, including entrances, mailbox areas, pet stations, lake areas, and other shared landscape features that contribute to the overall appearance of the neighborhood. The Landscaping & Grounds Director oversees the Landscaping & Grounds Committee.
Director – Community Operations
Aaron Cherry
Appointed | Term Ends: 12/31/2026
Supports day-to-day community operations by helping track service issues, common-area concerns, and the consistent application of community standards. This role serves as a point of contact for escalating issues related to utilities, trash collection, and shared-area maintenance.
It also supports the covenant compliance process, including violation tracking and fine administration in accordance with Board policy.
