Annual Meeting
In accordance with Georgia state requirements and the Association’s governing documents, Barns Mill Lake holds an Annual Meeting each year in December. The Annual Meeting typically occurs at the beginning of December and provides homeowners with an opportunity to receive Association updates, review important community matters, and participate in Association business.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting includes voting on new Directors, reviewing the Association’s annual financial information, discussing completed and upcoming community activities, providing updates on Association operations, and addressing other matters that require homeowner awareness or involvement.
Meeting details, including the date, time, location, agenda, and any additional information, will be communicated to homeowners in advance. Official notice of the Annual Meeting will be issued at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting date to allow homeowners sufficient time to review the information and plan to attend.
