• I understand that it is my responsibility to independently determine whether my project requires permits or approvals from Cobb County or any other governmental authority. If permits are required, I certify that I have obtained all required permits and have uploaded copies of the applicable permits and supporting documentation with this submission for the Board’s review.
• I understand that Association approval does not replace or waive any required governmental permits or approvals and does not relieve me of my responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
