To make paying your quarterly dues as painless and drama-free as possible, we’ve put together this quick, handy guide to everything you need to know.
🗓️ The Golden Dates (Your Pocket Cheat Sheet)
We operate on a simple Net 15 schedule. Here is how the magic happens four times a year:
- March 15th (Due by March 30th)
- June 15th (Due by June 30th)
- September 15th (Due by September 30th)
- December 15th (Due by December 30th)
💡 Pro-Tip for Overachievers: Love crossing things off your to-do list early? You are welcome to prepay your assessments at any time! Just keep in mind that prepayments are non-refundable and will roll over to cover future dues. (If the assessment amount changes down the road, any remaining balance will still be your responsibility).
📧 “Where is My Bill?!” (Electronic Billing Info)
We are 100% paperless! All invoices are delivered electronically. To make sure you get yours, please ensure we have your current email address on file: [email protected].
Invoices will fly into your inbox from [email protected].
⚠️ Is it hiding? If the 15th rolls around and you don’t see your invoice, check your Spam or Junk folder before emailing us! Sometimes QuickBooks likes to play hide-and-seek.

🚫 A Quick Note on Money Orders: Our mobile deposit system can’t read them! Because of this, we only accept money orders in special, pre-approved situations. If you need this option, just reach out to the Board ahead of time so we can help.
